The Opportunity:
We’re searching for an AWESOME Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our recruitment consultants by sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top candidates for various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source top talent for legal recruitment roles in North America
Build candidate databases and networks, especially on LinkedIn
Manage email communications, candidate correspondence, and scheduling
Handle administrative tasks including calendar management, data entry, and CRM updates
Create and maintain candidate profiles
Assist with social media management and scheduling
Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients
Qualifications:

Requirements:
2+ years of remote recruitment experience (US/Canada preferred)
Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing
Degree or equivalent work experience
Tech-savvy with reliable equipment (Core i3 processor, 4GB RAM or higher)
Stable internet connection (3mbps or higher)
Noise-cancelling headset

Your future with the company:
The ideal candidate would want to continue with the company for the long haul, and would have opportunities to move up significantly to eventually hiring and managing a remote team of their own (should they be interested) under the company’s supervision. The following positions will need to be filled as the company advances, and if you show the capacity, drive and dedication, the jobs will be offered to you prior to hiring outside of the company.

There would also be a possibility of growing into a 360 recruiter, finding Clients and candidates and bringing a project from A to Z, with added compensation packages.
Compensation: 4-6$ USD /hour depending on experience
Hours of work: 9am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday (flexible for your local holidays and time off)
# of hours per week: starting: 15-20 hrs, moving to full time after a few successful placements.
