    Every year, we take our highest performing candidates who we've matched on an all inclusive vacation. Last years destination was Mexico! 

  • Quarterly Group Activities

    Quarterly Group trips, some examples include popular music festivals such as Osheaga and Ile Sonic. Alternative prizes are always provided if you're not big on Festivals!

  • Monthly Meetups

    Last but not least, we have a monthly meetup where we provide a chance for all our candidates to get to know each other and build their network, or just enjoy the venue that was chosen that month. 

Whats a Matched Candidate?

Matched candidates are people we have already matched with a company and are currently employed thanks to Inner Circle Agency.

Why are we providing so much fun?

We believe the candidate needs to enjoy their working environment and have a strong work life balance. We provide this for our candidates on top of all the great perks their direct hiring company will provide because we want to build a community and reward our candidates as much as we can. Doing this also enables us to partner with great companies, because they know we will take good care of their staff.
