Responsibilities of the Lawyer in Commercial Law
- Provide specialized legal advice on commercial law matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
- Assist clients with compliance and regulatory matters in commercial law.
- Manage and resolve commercial disputes and litigation efficiently.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, or court proceedings.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in commercial law.
- Candidate does not need their own book of business, business will be passed to them.

Qualifications for the Commercial Lawyer Position
