Location: Downtown Montreal, QC

Bilingualism (French/English) is required, both oral and written.

Responsibilities of the Lawyer in Commercial Law

  • Provide specialized legal advice on commercial law matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Assist clients with compliance and regulatory matters in commercial law.
  • Manage and resolve commercial disputes and litigation efficiently.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, or court proceedings.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in commercial law.
  • Candidate does not need their own book of business, business will be passed to them.
